Job Description: We are seeking two motivated Full Stack Developers to join our agency as trainees. As a trainee, you will be an integral part of our development team and work on real projects from the start. You should have a basic understanding of technologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, Express, TypeScript, and Redux. Throughout the training period, you will receive hands-on guidance and mentorship from our experienced developers, allowing you to refine your skills and become proficient in our projects' workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements.
• Gain practical experience in front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring smooth integration between different components.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior developers to maintain code quality and resolve issues effectively.
• Work closely with the team to contribute fresh ideas, innovative solutions, and creative approaches to problem-solving.
• Be proactive in learning new techniques, tools, and industry trends, applying your knowledge to real projects with expert support.

Requirements:

• A strong passion for software development and a solid foundation in web development technologies.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, Express, TypeScript, or Redux.
• Solid problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and grow as a developer.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Training Period (First 3 Months):

• During the initial three months, you will actively participate in real-life projects with the guidance of our senior developers.
• Receive mentorship to enhance your skills and understanding of our tech stack and development processes.
